What I strive for, through my work is finding the truth. Raising our self-awareness and coming closer to our true needs, desires and personal ethos is key. Our bodies are so wise... Often, they whisper to us the truth, and it is valuable to learn how to listen.
This is why I also work simultaneously with the body, inviting awareness of physical sensations and emotions.
Living a good life is an art, don’t you think? For this reason I use creativity and artistic means in my work. I believe creative processes imitate life and can be meaningful when one needs to find new ways, follow intuition, step back re-think a problem or a difficult situation.
I am happy to support you on a journey toward finding your own unique solutions in a safe, trustworthy environment,
whether through verbal exploration, body-based awareness, or creative methods suit you.
